Scope

Broadtrans Civil was awarded the contract by Transform My Space on behalf of the owner to complete new drainage works and the construction of three new carparks and two new road entrance points.

Scope of works included.

  • Demolition of existing carpark and drainage.
  • Installation of new drainage pipework and structures.
  • Construction of two new shopping centre access points.
  • Installation of exposed aggregate footpaths and pram ramps.
  • Construction of three new carparks including line marking and signage.

Contract achievements

The shopping centre did not close during the construction works, so great care was needed not to affect the programme, customer access and most importantly the safety of both our staff and our client’s customers.
